a phone call might be okay since it doesn't sound like you have something really serious and it'll still let him know that you took the time to actually speak to him and he'll probably appreciate that! and it could be easier for him that way because then he won't have to look at you as you break up with him which would be really uncomfortable i would think? so even though face to face would show that you care/made an effort the most, if phone is easier for you it's probably alright, imo.
i'll see what i can do (but perhaps if i do it i should wait a couple of days so as not to seem like today was all fine and then boom what happened) thank you for all the gr8 advice anon (and all y'all) why don't these things come with a user manual i s2g

about the guy you're seeing i would just be pretty honest. tell him something like you've had a good time getting to know him but you don't feel like you have enough in common to be in a relationship. i think people react better and are less hurt when someone gives them a real honest reason like that than an excuse like that you don't want to be in a relationship at the moment. or you could just say you're moving to yemen! on a different note, have you watched the show orphan black?

as for orphan black - no i haven't watched it (yet) (i mean everyone seems obsessed with it and if i understood correctly that girl tatiana is every character and that seems really appealing to me) (maybe one day)
